Delicious Recipe to Bring to Your Holiday Gathering



Ingredients

  • 1.25 pounds brussel sprouts halved

  • 2 tbsp canola oil

  • Kosher salt & ground pepper

  • 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses

  • Seeds of 1 pomegranate

  • 0.5 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts

  • Finely grated zest of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp finely grated orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put brussel sprouts in a medium roasting pan with canola oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Roast until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Transfer sprouts to large bowl, add remaining ingredients, and toss thoroughly.
